Yes, Chad asked Victoria for a formal joint custody agreement for their dog…JUST IN CASE THEY BREAK UP! Chad cannot commit to his girlfriend, but he wants to make certain that they share the dog. He made it all better by taking Victoria to meet his life coach.

Chad Rogers’s dog, Starla, is a long-haired chihuahua who often rides in Chad’s briefcase to client meetings.
